Extract:
Add 4 cans Briess LME to pot to 8.5 gallons treated* water
Gently circulate until homogenous
Add yeast
Feed into FV
Mash:
Target gravity: 5.3% ABV
Target volume (final) : 1.5 gallons
Target pH: 5.2
Target DO: <0
Add the 3.25 lbs of grains to 1 gallon of treated* water
Cycle for 1 hour
Sparge with 2.67 gallons of treated* water
Remove grains from water
Add hop extract
Boil 1 hour
Cool to 60F
Add yeast
Feed into FV
Ferment at 15 psi at 60F
Final wort target:
10 gallons
5.3% ABV
